    Charming stay in a prime location

    The check-in process was seamless, and the location is prime-right between Parliament and Chateau Frontenac, made exploring the city effortless. I enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast at the nearby restaurant. The croissants were a delight!

    The room could use some updates. The shower had visible mold on the tiles, and I found the toilet flush to be weak. The cramped space was challenging for two people to navigate comfortably.

    when i am in quebec city, i like staying here. this trendy boutique hotel offers good choice of a nice size and brand-new rooms. it boasts amazing, incredible location right by the main centre, most attractions, and the old quarter. the staff is very amiable, outstandingly accommodating.

    The location is fabulous, just a stone's throw from charming old Quebec City, making it easy to explore the historic sites on foot.

    The shower in my room had black mold on the tiles, which definitely detracted from the overall experience.

    I would have loved to leave a sparkling review, but between the moldy shower and the thin walls, i just couldn't. I expected some sort of complimentary upgrade for the chaos i endured, yet was left utterly disappointed. It seems friendly service is a foreign concept here too.

    We did have an issue with the shower. It needed to be updated as the head was almost falling off, a bit of a letdown.
